Vincent started his career in China, just after graduating from ESSEC Business school. He spent 17 years in Shanghai, helping Premium and Luxury brands to better measure and improve Customer Experience.
He joined the recruitment industryin 2018, to support international companies in the identification, evaluation, and long-term engagement of their top talents (both locals and foreigners) in China – a complex, highly competitive, and ever-changing market.
He got in touch with KINT via Boyd & Moore, KINT’s strategic partner in Asia.
