A graduate of ESSEC, the international School of Economics and Business Sciences, Igor began his career at Renault, where he worked for six years, including creating the first networks of importers and dealers for Renault in the former USSR.

Igor then joined Altran, the engineering and innovation consulting company, where he spent ten years as head of business units and then Country Manager for Brazil, spending three years in São Paulo.

Igor then joined executive search specialist Eric Salmon & Partners in 2005, where he specialized in recruiting top B2B executives from professional services and industry. Elected as a partner in 2008, he opened ES&P's Shanghai office in 2012, led the acquisition of a company in Singapore in 2015 and set up partnerships in India and Brazil.

Passionate about people business and the structural changes in management careers, he co-founded KINT in 2019.

Vincent BRIOLA
Vincent BRIOLA

Partner

Vincent is an engineer who has spent his entire professional life with automotive suppliers, both large listed groups (Valeo, Siemens) and family companies (Benteler, Trèves), as sales executive and later as General Manager.

He has spent 4 years in Germany early in his career, and has later also led industrial JVs with Japanese or Russian partners in the US, Mexico or Russia.

In recent years, at Trèves, he was at the same time CEO Europe, managing 16 factories in 11 countries, and Group Sales VP.

He brings to Kint his knowledge of the automotive world, as well as his expertise in the fields of Business Development and industrial performance turnarounds.

Vincent had been identified as a very talented executive by both Violaine and Igor when they were executive search consultants.

Violaine is one of KINT's founding Partners. She has been a friend of Igor's for a long time and worked with him at Eric Salmon & Partners.

Before KINT, Violaine spent 9 years in Executive Search and Assessment: 5 years at Segalen+associés, then 4 years at Eric Salmon & Partners. She specially focused on serving Investment Funds and Family offices, helping them to recruit executives for their own teams as well as for their portfolio companies.

Violaine graduated from HEC in 1991 and began her career in organization consulting. In 2003, she launched the recruitment arm of a consulting firm, with a focus on NTIC and Finance profiles. In 2008, she was appointed COO at Leonardo & Co, a paneuropean M&A Advisory firm, where she was in charge of Finance and HR for France, Benelux and Spain.

Telecom engineer, Corinne quickly established herself in technology consulting as a business developer, then BU managing director. In 2006, she founded her own recruitment consulting firm in the high & deep tech industry, then joined in 2019 a firm specializing in executive assessment, dedicated to Private Equity portfolio companies. Corinne joined KINT in 2021, convinced by the disruptive value of Situation Management. Entrepreneur by essence and experience, expert in executive assessment, she shares with Igor and Violaine the same passion for people, at the very heart of KINT's mission.

Anahita EUTROPE
Anahita EUTROPE

Principal

Young thirty-something with an international and entrepreneurial profile, Anahita started in Venture Capital at Aster after graduating. Then, she worked on a Leadership Lab project within HEC Paris aimed at bringing together great leaders, start-uppers and students

Anahita is a graduate of HEC Paris (MSc Management), Freie Universität Berlin (MA in Political Science) and a double MS in Sustainable Energy from Paristech Mines and Tsinghua University Beijing.

Violaine met Anahita in HEC, in workshops focused on leadership.

Gilles Gonzalez

Gilles met Igor, his first boss, as he started his career at ALTRAN, where he stayed for more than 10 years, and was successively appointed Managing Director of Realix, specializing in aeronautics and space, then of ALTRAN Aerospace & Defense. He became CEO of ALYOTECH Technologies in 2009, and organized in 2015 the merger with SCALIAN. Over the past 2 years, he has devoted himself to the integration of a successful Spanish mid-sized AI tech company, based in Madrid, for SCALIAN. Gilles has followed the KINT venture with enthusiasm since the beginning. It was a very natural move for him to join us in April 2021, to take part of KINT's development with his great energy and strong experience as an operational leader.

Guillaume de FOUGIERES

Holder of Master’s degrees in Economy and Finance, and of Harvard Business School A.M.P, Guillaume has been successful in leading world-class businesses and brands in consumer, food service, B2B and industrial sectors.

Guillaume has been CFO of a 1,2 B€ division of Valeo, CFO and then CEO of Arc International, a 1,3 B€ glass table ware company, and was afterwards CEO of companies under LBO. He is also Investor and Chairman in a small cap.

Guillaume brings to KINT his knowledge of Chief Executive Officer, President and Board Member positions, industrial turnarounds and managing companies under LBO, sectors and situations in which KINT specializes.

The story with KINT: when he was working with Valeo, Guillaume met Igor at a network event.

François-Xavier FLOREN
François-Xavier FLOREN

Mr. François-Xavier Floren, also known as FX, has 30 years of experience in technology and business services on a global basis. FX served for 15 years at Cap Gemini in North America, Southern Europe and France. He, with the support of local management team in US, was instrumental in the merger of consulting activities between Cap Gemini and Ernst & Young. He was COO of Altran, and then CEO of two companies under LBO with Argos Wytiu (Orsyp and RDS Software).

FX studied business at Audencia, then turned CPA before entering into real world.

The story: FX has been Igor’s first client when he started at Eric Salmon & Partners, and, surprisingly, there are still close ?.

FX will support KINT international development in the IT and software sectors.

CORINNE SAMAMA
CORINNE SAMAMA

Corinne Samama graduated from HEC and started working with Executives & Politics on their personal communication. She used to work with them on their strategic thinking and people empowerment on decisive public speaking. She spent 15 years in communication agencies, including 8 years at DDB Needham Corporate.

Then she extended her practice to day-to-day managerial coaching and leadership within complex organizations. She co-founded her own coaching company in 2003 and works today for many international and prestigious companies in various sectors with very different cultures.

She is now helping Executives and their managers to lead in a constant changing world driven by uncertainty. Her mission is to support them in that relentless race, reinforcing their strategic behaviors and wisdom as well as empowering their own teams in an everyday “marathon” to adapt to crisis situations and continuous transformations.

Corinne Samama is also Partner at SF Coach.

She is a Speaker on « Managing in constant change » and « Make your employees the greatest fans of your company ! »

Arjun ERRY

Arjun brings over 10 years of retained search & advisory experience, and 15 years of MNC general-management experience. Arjun leads several practices within the firm’s Regional Financial Services offerings. He also co-leads the Information Technology and BPO practices. In addition, Arjun is responsible for South East Asia market-coverage.

Prior to joining Hunt Partners, Arjun was Country Head (Sales) for SAS, a leading provider of Business Intelligence solutions. Earlier, he was Country Manager (South Asia) for QAD, a leading provider of ERP and supply chain solutions. Arjun also worked with I-flex (now Oracle) heading the MENA region, and with Digital Equipment Corp.

Arjun lives in Mumbai (Bombay), India along with his wife and two sons. He is passionate about military history, world-affairs, rock-music, event-inspired Hollywood movies, and a keen follower of sports. He is a competitive sailor, soccer-player and beginner golfer.

Aurore ROUGEOT

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and ESSEC Business School, Aurore Rougeot began her career at AXA Corporate Solutions as a Senior International Account Executive and then as Project Manager at Partner Ré.

She then joined AXA France as Executive Assistant of the CEO and AXA Entreprises as Director of Brokerage Distribution, Operational Marketing and Digital Strategy, then as Director of SMEs - Ile de France. Aurore joined AIG France's Management Committee in January 2018 as Operations and Customer Service Director for France and is now in charge of the SME & MidCap Division.

Aurore is a member of the Women Business Angels and Pluri'elle assurance networks.

The story: Igor met Aurore around ten years ago thanks to common friends. Aurore is helping KINT to develop inside the Financial Services sector.

CHRISTOPHE POUPINEL
CHRISTOPHE POUPINEL

Senior Advisor

Christophe graduated from ESCP and Wharton and started his career at L'Oréal and Mckinsey before becoming CMO and then CEO of ChateauOnline which he restructured and sold to the Angostura group in 2005. He later founded Ooreka.fr that he sold to Solocal. Christophe also co-founded the Share it charity with Ashoka and some Tech and SSE entrepreneurs. Share-it is a non-profit Tech for Good project that develops digital solutions for impact-driven charities on topics such as professional insertion, disabilities or return to employment.

Christophe joined ISAI in 2018 for the launch of ISAI's second Growth & LBO fund.

THOMAS SAVARE
THOMAS SAVARE

Mr Thomas Savare is 53 years old and holds a diploma in engineering from the Ecole Centrale de Paris. He started his career in New-York as Vice-President of the Banknote Corporation of America in 1992.

In 1995 he became Managing Director of François-Charles Oberthur Fiduciaire (secure printing of banknotes and identity documents) and in 1998 he became Managing Director of Oberthur Card Systems.

In 2003, he joined Celavie as Associate Director, where he participated in the development of new chip card activities before returning to the Oberthur Group in May 2006 as Deputy Managing Director.

Thomas Savare has been Chief Executive Officer of Oberthur Fiduciaire, one of the world’s leading private security printers specializing in the production of banknotes since December 2011. In 2019, he also became President of the Group François-Charles Oberthur, (FCO Group).
