Igor QUEZEL-PERRON
Managing Partner
A graduate of ESSEC, the international School of Economics and Business Sciences, Igor began his career at Renault, where he worked for six years, including creating the first networks of importers and dealers for Renault in the former USSR.
Igor then joined Altran, the engineering and innovation consulting company, where he spent ten years as head of business units and then Country Manager for Brazil, spending three years in São Paulo.
Igor a rejoint Eric Salmon & Partners en 2005, pour se spécialiser en recrutement de dirigeants en B2B (services professionnels, industrie, en France et à l'étranger). Élu associé en 2008, Igor a ouvert le bureau de Shanghaï d'ES&P en 2012, a conduit l'acquisition d'une société à Singapour en 2015, et monté des partenariats en Inde et au Brésil.
Passionate about people business and the structural changes in management careers, he co-founded KINT in 2019.

Vincent Ricard

Vincent démarre sa carrière en Chine, à peine diplômé de l’ESSEC. Il y restera 17 ans, travaillant d’abord sur des problématiques d’amélioration de l’expérience client (dans le secteur du Retail, et du Luxe particulièrement). Il rejoint ensuite le monde du recrutement, accompagnant des entreprises internationales dans l’identification, l’évaluation, et la mobilisation de talents (locaux comme étrangers), pour renforcer leurs équipes en Chine, marché complexe, ultra concurrentiel, et très changeant. C’est via Boyd & Moore, le partenaire stratégique de KINT en Asie, qu’il entre en contact avec KINT. Séduit par la qualité et la cohésion de l’équipe, et emballé par la vision et les valeurs portées, il rejoint l’aventure en 2022, pour contribuer à l’approche hybride chère à KINT : allier l’agilité et la vitesse nécessaires pour le management de transition, à l’exigence et la finesse indispensables à l’Executive Search.

Emma Pessereau
Consultant
Corinne Py, a partner at KINT, met Emma by chance and was immediately impressed by her energy.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology obtained in California, Emma has solid experience in recruiting for Silicon Valley companies.
She began her career at a recruitment firm in Palo Alto, California, where she discovered her passion for the profession. Emma built a client portfolio ranging from venture capital funds to biotechnology and SaaS software companies, as well as philanthropic organizations.
Emma then transitioned to the corporate side to support a software startup.
Eager to explore a new market and contribute to KINT's development in the United States, Emma decided to join the team.

Romaric Chabert
Partner
Romaric started his career as an Engineer in manufacturing within Stellantis in France and Great Britain. Then, he worked as HRD in large international groups with very different cultures; these experiences have led him to lead multicultural teams and implement HR development projects all over the world, within numerous management committees and as an expatriate in the United States (VA). In 2017, his desire to help managers in their career and to become an entrepreneur led him to offer his services as a professional coach and career consultant. Since then, he has coached a hundred executives in their career transitions or facing professional challenges. Romaric is graduated as an engineer from INPG and holds a HR Master from CIFFOP and an Executive MBA from HEC. He is certified professional coach (AKOTE.PARIS), certified MBTI, PREDOM & HOGAN and trained in co-development and team coaching. Working with Violaine with the HEC life Project Committee, Romaric had a good vision of KINT’s venture since the beginning and chose to join the team in 2024, bringing his expertise in career management.

Violaine AMIGUES

Violaine est un des associés fondateurs de KINT. Elle connait Igor depuis longtemps et a travaillé avec lui chez Eric Salmon & Partners.
Avant de créer KINT, Violaine a passé 9 ans au sein de cabinets renommés dans la recherche et l'évaluation de dirigeants: 5 ans chez Segalen+associés, puis 4 ans chez Eric Salmon & Partners. Elle a acquis une expertise dans l'accompagnement des fonds d'investissement, tant pour le recrutement au sein de leurs propres équipes que dans leurs sociétés de portefeuille.
Violaine graduated from HEC in 1991 and began her career in organization consulting. In 2003, she launched the recruitment arm of a consulting firm, with a focus on NTIC and Finance profiles. In 2008, she was appointed COO at Leonardo & Co, a paneuropean M&A Advisory firm, where she was in charge of Finance and HR for France, Benelux and Spain.
En 2000, elle est nommée COO de Leonardo & Co, un cabinet de conseil en fusions et acquisitions, où elle était en charge de la Finance et des RH pour la France, le Benelux et l'Espagne.

Catherine Saba
Head of Research and Community Manager
Following her meeting with our Partner Gilles Gonzalez, Catherine joined KINT's team in 2023 with the title of Head of Research and Community Management. Her role involves developing innovative research strategies, expanding, and engaging the community of executives close to KINT.
Catherine enriches KINT with her experience gained in international companies, institutions such as the European Commission, and executive search firms, where she built entire research departments from scratch. Her initial training at Sciences Po Paris has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of community dynamics and research methodologies.
Catherine stands out for her unique blend of professional experience, academic excellence, unwavering kindness, and sense of humor. These qualities have greatly contributed to strengthening the bonds within the KINT community and improving our research capabilities.

Solveig Romand

With over 20 years of experience in recruitment, Solveig Romand has developed cross-functional expertise in key industries such as energy, manufacturing, technology, and services. She honed her skills at renowned executive search firms like Whitehead Mann/Korn Ferry and CTPartners. She possesses a deep understanding of the skills required to lead projects successfully in constantly evolving global business environments. Dividing her time between Paris, Vienna, and the UAE, she joined KINT as a Partner. Knowing Igor Quezel-Perron and Violaine Amigues, the founders, for years, certainly helped, after all that time crossing paths, to join the team. Drawn by the quality of the team and the company’s vision, she embarked on this new journey to further develop a hybrid approach, combining the speed and agility needed for Interim Management with the rigor and precision essential to Executive Search.

Mat Lignel
Partner
Mat began his career in advertising in Paris with BDDP\TBWA and Lintas. He then joined FCB and was transferred to the agency’s headquarters in Chicago in 1998, where he held domestic and global responsibilities. After a 3-year stint in London as Regional Management Director, he moved back to Chicago. About 10 years ago, Mat decided to follow a more entrepreneurial path and led a couple of midsize independent companies through major transformations as President and then CEO. For more than a decade, Mat has also been a member of several boards, both corporate and philanthropic. He is married and has four children living in France and the US. Mat joined KINT in 2024 to help us continue to grow our footprint and impact in the US. On a more personal note, Mat met Igor when they were both in high school in Lyon some time ago…

Gilles Gonzalez

Gilles rencontre Igor, son premier patron, dès le début de sa carrière chez ALTRAN, où il reste plus de 10 ans, et où il va diriger successivement Realix, filiale spécialisée dans l’aéronautique et le spatial, puis le périmètre ALTRAN Aerospace & Defense. Il prend en 2009 la Direction Générale d’ALYOTECH Technologies et participe activement dès 2015 au rapprochement avec le groupe SCALIAN. Ces 2 dernières années, il les a consacrées à l’intégration d’une belle ETI espagnole basée à Madrid, dans l’Intelligence Artificielle, pour SCALIAN. Gilles a suivi avec enthousiasme l’aventure KINT depuis sa création. C’est tout naturellement qu’il nous rejoint en avril 2021 pour mettre toute son énergie et son expérience de dirigeant opérationnel au service du développement de KINT.

With over 20 years of experience in recruitment, Magali initially worked on a variety of assignments before specializing in interim management. For the past 15 years, she has been supporting the recruitment of interim executives, developing strong expertise in candidate relationship management and talent community engagement. Structuring a Talent division and fostering connections have always been at the heart of her career. Through a shared connection with Catherine Saba and drawn to the strong values and team spirit of KINT, she joined the adventure. With enthusiasm and commitment, Magali now brings her energy and networking skills to support the development of the Talent function at KINT. Passionate about her work and deeply committed to human relationships, Magali enjoys connecting the right people with the right projects, fostering trust and close collaboration.

Aymeric Plantier

Aymeric possède plus de dix ans d’expérience dans le secteur de l’aéronautique, avec des compétences variées en technique, vente et développement commercial. Il a travaillé chez ThyssenKrupp, Safran et Tekna Plasma, ce qui lui a permis de développer son adaptabilité et son expertise dans différent domaine. En 2022, sa rencontre avec Gilles Gonzalez, associé du cabinet et le souhait de KINT de développer le secteur de l’aéronautique, l’a poussé à relever un nouveau défi, passant d’un rôle industriel à un poste dans le recrutement.

Gregory has extensive international experience across a wide range of industries. He helps organisations address their people strategies and discover, attract and develop the talents and leaders they need to support their strategic foresight, drive business performance and create value. He draws on his entrepreneurial DNA, business knowledge, strategic thinking and ability to challenge the status quo with his experiences operating across multiple countries and cultures, to make a real impact on his clients. Having known Catherine for many years and attracted to KINT's values, teams and dynamic business model, Gregory joined the team in the spring of 2025 with over 20 years of experience as a partner in human resources consultancy firms, based in Central Europe and Paris. He began his career in banking, then co-founded and ran an industrial and commercial business in mainland China. Gregory is a graduate of Paris IX-Dauphine PSL University.

Guillaume de FOUGIERES
Senior Advisor
Holder of Master’s degrees in Economy and Finance, and of Harvard Business School A.M.P, Guillaume has been successful in leading world-class businesses and brands in consumer, food service, B2B and industrial sectors.
Guillaume has been CFO of a 1,2 B€ division of Valeo, CFO and then CEO of Arc International, a 1,3 B€ glass table ware company, and was afterwards CEO of companies under LBO. He is also Investor and Chairman in a small cap.
Guillaume brings to KINT his knowledge of Chief Executive Officer, President and Board Member positions, industrial turnarounds and managing companies under LBO, sectors and situations in which KINT specializes.
The story with KINT: when he was working with Valeo, Guillaume met Igor at a network event.

Aurore ROUGEOT
Senior Advisor
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and ESSEC Business School, Aurore Rougeot began her career at AXA Corporate Solutions as a Senior International Account Executive and then as Project Manager at Partner Ré.
She then joined AXA France as Executive Assistant of the CEO and AXA Entreprises as Director of Brokerage Distribution, Operational Marketing and Digital Strategy, then as Director of SMEs - Ile de France. Aurore joined AIG France's Management Committee in January 2018 as Operations and Customer Service Director for France and is now in charge of the SME & MidCap Division.
Aurore a rejoint le comité de Direction d'AIG France en janvier 2018 en qualité de Directrice Opérations et Service Clients pour la France et est aujourd'hui en charge de la Direction PME & ETI.
The story: Igor met Aurore around ten years ago thanks to common friends. Aurore is helping KINT to develop inside the Financial Services sector.

CHRISTOPHE POUPINEL
Senior Advisor
Christophe graduated from ESCP and Wharton and started his career at L'Oréal and Mckinsey before becoming CMO and then CEO of ChateauOnline which he restructured and sold to the Angostura group in 2005. He later founded Ooreka.fr that he sold to Solocal. Christophe also co-founded the Share it charity with Ashoka and some Tech and SSE entrepreneurs. Share-it is a non-profit Tech for Good project that develops digital solutions for impact-driven charities on topics such as professional insertion, disabilities or return to employment.
Christophe a rejoint ISAI en 2018 lors de la levée du second fond Growth & LBO d’ISAI.

THOMAS SAVARE

Mr Thomas Savare is 53 years old and holds a diploma in engineering from the Ecole Centrale de Paris. He started his career in New-York as Vice-President of the Banknote Corporation of America in 1992.
In 1995 he became Managing Director of François-Charles Oberthur Fiduciaire (secure printing of banknotes and identity documents) and in 1998 he became Managing Director of Oberthur Card Systems.
In 2003, he joined Celavie as Associate Director, where he participated in the development of new chip card activities before returning to the Oberthur Group in May 2006 as Deputy Managing Director.
Thomas Savare has been Chief Executive Officer of Oberthur Fiduciaire, one of the world’s leading private security printers specializing in the production of banknotes since December 2011. In 2019, he also became President of the Group François-Charles Oberthur, (FCO Group).

François-Xavier FLOREN

François-Xavier Floren, également connu sous le nom de FX, a 30 ans d'expérience dans les secteurs de l’IT, du software et des services technologiques. FX a passé 15 ans chez Cap Gemini en Amérique du Nord, en Europe du Sud et en France. Avec le soutien de l’équipe de locale aux États-Unis, il a joué un rôle déterminant dans la fusion des activités de conseil entre Cap Gemini et Ernst & Young. Il a été COO d’Altran, puis CEO deux sociétés sous LBO avec Argos Wytiu (Orsyp et RDS Software).
FX studied business at Audencia, then turned CPA before entering into real world.
L’histoire: FX a été le premier client d’Igor lorsqu’il a débuté chez Eric Salmon & Partners, et, chose surprenante, ils sont toujours proches ?.
FX will support KINT international development in the IT and software sectors.

CORINNE SAMAMA
Senior Advisor
Corinne Samama graduated from HEC and started working with Executives & Politics on their personal communication. She used to work with them on their strategic thinking and people empowerment on decisive public speaking. She spent 15 years in communication agencies, including 8 years at DDB Needham Corporate.
Elle étend ensuite sa pratique au coaching en management & leadership au sein d’organisations complexes. En 2003, elle fonde son propre cabinet avec trois associés. Elle travaille depuis pour des entreprises internationales prestigieuses de secteurs et cultures variés.
She is now helping Executives and their managers to lead in a constant changing world driven by uncertainty. Her mission is to support them in that relentless race, reinforcing their strategic behaviors and wisdom as well as empowering their own teams in an everyday “marathon” to adapt to crisis situations and continuous transformations.
Corinne Samama is also Partner at SF Coach.
